AKM provides support for all its products independent of whether the software is a one-off bespoke application, a standard product, or one which has been amended for your operation.
AKM understands that in all cases the software is a critical part of your business operation and attaches the same importance to this as you do.
You may have a support plan which fits your needs and can include:

- Software maintenance upgrades
- On site support visits
- Training days
- Application support and training
When you purchase our standard products this entitles you to free telephone support and maintenance upgrades for the first year from the first installation date for the software.
