Customer Training - PC Productivity Training Course
Our training takes you beyond the basics, and attempts to give you practical, everyday office skills that you can not only use with our products or for general office procedures.
Pre-requisites
- The student should have some experience with Microsoft Windows and be confident in the use of the keyboard and mouse, in addition some exposure to the Microsoft Office Applications: use of Excel and Access would be helpful in order to get maximum benefit from this course.
- This course is designed for existing users of AKM software products who would like to do further analysis based on the data is kept in these systems.
The course covers:
- How to extract data from AKM software into Excel spreadsheets
- Accessing database information
- Constructing queries and reports based on the information in product databases
The course is designed to be as "hands-on" as possible, at the end of the course attendees will have the information and be well on the way to becoming proficient in extracting information and providing ad-hoc reports using Microsoft Excel and Access. Sample applications and exercises will be provided which relate to information held in the AKM software products.
